Given that the Assistant Minister is claiming this matter is a subject of sub judice rule and has even tabled a document to demonstrate that it is a subject of litigation in the light of a case that is pending in court, I will need time to consider and give directions as to whether or not, in fact, this matter is sub judice . So, I will defer this Question to Wednesday, next week for that decision."
