    "content": "You remember about all this hullabaloo that has been going round in the past two days; it is actually an uproar by many of our young people who are looking up to us, as leaders. They said that when you have people gather, pay for very expensive meals and book a huge press conference to launch a strategic plan – like they were doing for the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) – only to announce to the young people that, “we are coming after you because you have not paid your HELB loans.” This tells you that something is not right at the heart of the people who are supposed to be making some of these decisions."
