For us as a country, many of our young people have to live lives that are secondary, as opposed to enjoying decent lives because of poverty. The Commission should collect, disseminate and let people know their rights. They should know that when I get to the village as a Senator, I can let the people that elected me to know what they are guaranteed constitutionally and nobody should treat it like it is a favour to them.
