    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. pursuant to Standing Order 48 (1), I rise to seek a statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on the pending bills of Isiolo County. In the statement, the Committee should:- (1) Establish or state how much pending bills are outstanding to date. (2) Explain the circumstances under which the pending bills keep on accruing. (3) Explain why the County Government has failed to clear pending bills. (4) Explain when the County Government plans to clear the pending bills.
