    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I do not see why the Chair of the Committee is insisting that I should come with a petition. This is because a statement is also a way that Members can request for information. I do not think it is right for him to say that he cannot write to the National Treasury or any other Ministry to obtain information. He can write to the Controller of Budget and ask for the Statement I have requested for, because they should be having the pending bills for all the counties in this country. If we say that we should watch counties incurring pending bills and do not take action, as the Senate, as Sen. Sakaja said, we should close this Senate and go home.
