    "content": " I want to bring to your attention, Standing Order No.232 and was trying to check if this was a report arising out of a petition or a statement. I now see that it is a petition. In regards to petitions, I wish to read Standing Order 232(2). It says- “Whenever a Petition is committed to a Standing Committee, the Committee shall, in not more than sixty calendar days from the time of reading the prayer, respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner or petitioners and laid on the Table of the Senate and no debate on or in relation to this report shall be allowed, but the Speaker may allow comments or observations in relation to the Petition for not more than thirty minutes.”"
