We are obliged by your Communication about his amendment. The amendment was good. Tenders of insurance normally state that only underwriters can apply. The Member was proposing that brokers be considered in that tendering process. That was a good amendment and you approved it. We will follow your Communication, but we must rebuke Hon. Ichung’wah. He must substantiate and give the name of the brokerage firm that the Member is running because it is wrong. He personalised that Communication."
