Section 119 of the principal Act is amended by inserting the words “or email or other electronic mode”. This amendment is close to the one that I moved earlier, which was introducing the new forms of communication especially with the growth of technology. We are just introducing the words “email and other electronic mode” for the purpose of communication. I beg to move."
