    "content": "It is instructive to note that this year, as happened in the last financial year, we have missed on our revenue projections. When we underperform in our revenue raising measures we invariably interfere with the projects that were projected to be implemented in the course of a financial year. That is why you find a lot of stalled projects across the country in different sectors of our economy. We are calling upon the National Treasury, and particularly KRA to ensure that the revenue projections set out are indeed achieved."
