    "content": "My review of the BPS reveals that there is no serious effort to identify what we need to do to reach this target and recover on the lost time. If you take your time and look at the BPS, you will realise that the National Treasury is giving us routine pronouncements every year. There is no difference. In fact, I see it as a cut and paste document that is just used to entertain us and mislead this country that something serious is being done by the National Treasury to grow our economy and for the take-off. We have stalled as a country."
