    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This situation is really sad and we had a chance, together with a number of colleagues, to visit these children on Monday. It was completely heartbreaking. In fact, at that meeting, many of us could not even talk. These are children with hopes and dreams, but treated like animals, all for the reason that a county is trying to get city status or be looked at as having improved."
