Members of this honourable House on issues regarding some State corporations and my Ministry which are of public interest. These are Tana Athi Water Services Board, National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation (NWCPC) and the Nairobi Water Company. I would like to deal with each institution separately and I would like to begin with the NWCPC."
