By now, I expected that the report should be before this House. In fact, if there were any extenuating circumstances, the right thing would have been for you to converse with the Chair before the expiry of your deadline. So, I am keenly listening if I will find reason to excuse why the report is not here. So far, the trajectory you are following is not very helpful. For example, you cannot tell the House that you cannot recall how many witnesses have appeared before you. Can we get more particular and precise information?"
