    "content": "We visited a place in Kisii called Nyansiongo. We were shocked to learn that the NCPB brought beans seed labeled “Kenya Seed” and the store was full. Farmers told us that when they bought the seed, the recorded a 100 per cent germination failure. That means that it was not even seed. Then we were told in Nyamira that fertiliser supplied through the cereals board turned out to be quarry dust. What a country! How do we treat our farmers like this?"
