    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, pursuant to Section 25(7) of the Public Finance Management Act and Standing Order 180(7) of the Senate, this House adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on the 2019 Budget Policy Statement, laid on the Table of the Senate on Tuesday, 26th February, 2019. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, pursuant to the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) 2012, Section 25(2), the National Treasury submitted the 2019 Budget Policy Statement (BPS) and the Medium Term Debt Management Strategy annexed with the Division of Revenue Bill and the County Allocation of Revenue Bill, which was tabled in the House on 14th February, 2019."
