    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I will be brief since most of the issues have been spoken about. First, I am happy that part of the recommendations we made in the Kamukunji about dealing with the BPS have been carried on board by the Committee which I sit in. I think for the last four or five years, we have sat in the Senate Finance and budget Committee, we have been getting into the wrong things. That means that we have been getting into the sectors of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and agriculture without interrogating the policy."
