    "content": "I have also been wondering throughout this sitting how we can plug into the budget-making process. Therefore, I have proposed one of the solutions: One, this BPS deals with the budget policy issues whether it is debt, financing, borrowing or other issues that are captured in Section 25 of the PFM Act. However, the only question that still remains is the implementation. How do we check that the things that we have proposed here become decisions of Parliament?"
