Let them know that if the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury, Mr. Rotich, brings the Division of Revenue Bill to the Senate of the Republic of Kenya with 6.2 billion shillings for leasing of medical equipment, we will exclude it from the table and vote “no.” I thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
