    "content": "Finally, I want to talk about health. I am happy that the issue of medical equipment supplies is not part of this. It is so sad that there has been monumental and supersonic increment since this programme was started, and people have been misappropriating funds. The people of Kapedo and Trans Nzoia, Nandi and Mombasa have not fully utilized the same. It is shocking. I have seen somewhere that says that the Government wants to build 6,200 health facilities. These people are forgetting that at the National Youth Service (NYS) in Miritini, there are mobile clinics that are still being held up there. Is this not another scandal; that the Ministry of Health wants to create 6,200 facilities, yet those mobile clinics are still lying at the NYS in Miritini? This is where corruption starts.
