    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, amidst all these positive things that are being recommended by our good Committee, for which we are lending tremendous support, there is very little in this Statement to indicate that we want to walk the talk in terms of fighting corruption by budgeting for it and supporting it materially and financially. It is a good thing to allocate a lot of money for national and devolved functions; that is a wonderful thing. It is also a good dream to hope that governors, in their magnanimity, will expend that money in the best interest of the public.
