    "content": "I believe that even if the governors were angels, they will still not expend that money in the best interest of the public. Therefore, I would have wanted to see, in the BPS, what is being allocated towards the issue of corruption and governance. I would also have wanted to see what has been allocated towards the issues that strengthen institutions that we have put in place in our Constitution to fight matters corruption and poor governance."
