Production is founded on research and other aspects of infrastructure and subsidies for our farmers to produce. Without them in the BPS, I can assure you that all the good intentions and the beautiful speeches that the President has made in terms of the Big Four Agenda will unlikely see the light of day and misery will continue being spread from county to county. All the Senators here, including my good friend, Sen. Olekina and I, will come to shed tears for our people but do nothing. I do hope that we will continue exhibiting the energy and zeal that we have exhibited here, by sitting until this hour, to ensure that what we have said is implemented and captured by the National Treasury."
