You can raise that matter on the particular date the Motion is listed for debate. As of now, the Motion has already been balloted by the House Business Committee. The Member is right to stand in his place and give Notice of Motion, so that on the day it is listed for debate, you could get part of your National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) to pay the village elders if you think that is part of constituency development."
