While the explanation provided by the Mover is very clear, it also becomes an issue of concern when you look at the fact that this Bill went through a parliamentary committee which has serious experts in this area. I wonder how some of these small things go all the way to the presidential level only to be referred here for amendment. It just says that we need to do much more as a Committee of Parliament in terms of getting some of these things right. I support."
