"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I was beginning to feel that maybe my card was invisible. I thank you for this opportunity. I also support the President on this one. In the past, we had situations where both commissions and Government organisations were allowed to invest money and they invested it in bad ways and the Government has lost a lot of money. So, I support it because there are two things that make a lot of sense. The money should not be immediately required. That means they should not invest money that is required for their purposes, and two, it must be done in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act. That is in order and it is an excellent proposal. I support it."
