    "content": "(a) in section 4(1) by deleting the word “two” appearing in paragraph (h) and substituting therefor the word “one”. The amendment accommodates the President’s reservations that the Director General should be there, but it was felt on the other hand that, that increases the number of members of the committee. Therefore, we felt that we should remove one of the members so that the number remains the same. It accommodates the President’s view that the DG should be on the committee. That is the import of the amendment."
