Again, all the Members said here that the Ministry or the Cabinet Secretary advises the President in a way that is not really technical. There is no way we will get syringes and needles to be regulated by somebody else. We have in the Health Act that they should have implemented what would have solved this problem. The Ministry has not implemented the Act and, therefore, they are misguiding the President."
