    "content": "We have been talking about the Big Four Agenda that His Excellency the President presented to the country. All of us embrace it. Surprisingly, the figures of the Big Four Agenda in the BPS are coming down. It is clear that the Big Four Agenda will remain a dream that will not be achieved. When the National Treasury presented the BPS to this House, they talked about creation of employment and transformation of lives. However, it is a pity because the National Treasury is not coming up with policies that indicate that they are genuine in creation of employment for our young people. We have items that can easily be produced locally. A lot of items are imported at a very low cost."
