    "content": "The National Treasury submitted the 2019 BPS to the National Assembly as required by the PFM Act. Consequently, departmental committees invited Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) to review the BPS. We are, indeed, pleased with the fruitful deliberations that took place in finalising this report which today the House has the opportunity to discuss."
