    "content": "Once again I wish to thank the Hon. Members for their cooperation and continued support to the Government Budget every year. I want to assure them that the recommendation on the 2019 BPS will be considered during the finalisation of the Budget. This Report will not go in vain. The Government and the National Treasury will use this Report from the committees harmonised by the Budget and Appropriations Committee. It will form the central document in the finalisation of the Budget that will be submitted to the House at the end of April."
