Instead, you are spending in other directions that have no benefit to this country. These projects were the foundation of the envisaged growth of 10 per cent in the Vision 2030. When those projects were done, we expected the economy to grow at 10 per cent. Even after the revision of how those things are calculated, this economy has stagnated at between 5.6 per cent. It is stuck there. It has lost energy. It cannot move upwards, maybe downwards."
