    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this BPS. I concur with the Budget and Appropriations Committee. When you look at each point that they have analysed in the Report, there is a major indictment on the BPS. When you pick any underlining, it is just caution. They are cautioning that this is not reflective of the current situation and whether Kenya will continue being a growing concern, if it continues in this trajectory."
