It will continue to be delayed because the very moment that committee was appointed to manage the lake, wananchi from that area went to court to stop that committee from functioning. That was way back in 2004. Since then, this matter has not come up in court. My legal officers have tried their best to approach the court, but nothing has happened. So, this matter is in the hands of the Judiciary."
