    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I will speak for one minute. I also almost got married in Murang’a and so, I have an interest in this matter. That aside, I am just wondering, because we want to set standards and what Hon. Ichung’wah has raised is very important. The other day, I was being asked to declare my interest because over 10 years ago, I worked in the children’s sector on an issue of children. Should all the people in this House who have children declare their interest when there is a matter on children? Should all the lawyers declare their interest when all the laws come before this House? I think that is something that this House should think very seriously about and give us very careful and guided direction."
