However, that does not also mean he cannot speak on a matter to do with insurance brokerage on the Floor of the House. What Hon. Kimaru and Hon. Wambugu would be advised to do is that if you know that you have some pecuniary interest on a matter… For the trade unionists who are here, there is something that needs to be addressed.
