    "content": "Most of the trade unionists can pay to be put in the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. So, it becomes very complicated. It is a matter that I will address soon. It does not mean that when you are doctor, you cannot speak here on matters to do with the practice of medicine. The worst case would be an area that you do business and you are likely to benefit in some monetary terms. You may speak, but it would be inadvisable to vote in that kind of matter because you will be voting to give yourself some pecuniary advantage. People are not told not to do business. There are those who sell alcohol. If we tell bar owners not to speak here, this House will be without Members. We are not saying that a Member cannot speak on a matter that they have engagement in. Let us not flog this matter further. We are flogging a dead horse because the Member for Mathioya said frankly that he has an interest there. He declared it when he came to Parliament."
