    "content": "Payment of intermediary insurance commission 156A. (1) An insurer shall pay an intermediary insurance commission within thirty days of receipt of premiums. (2) An insurer who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall pay a penalty equivalent to twenty percent of the unpaid intermediary insurance commission on each contravention. (3) A penalty under this section shall be paid into the Policy Holders Compensation Fund."
