It is now more than five months from September last year. In my opinion, the Chair of Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning is failing in his duty. We are dealing with the CBK, but the indictment is on the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. Why, up to today, have they not received those regulations and then submitted them to Hon. Shollei, who is the Chair of the Committee on Delegated Legislation?"
