    "content": "I was wondering why there is chaos in many of our county assemblies. I realised that it is because the county leadership, which comprises the governors, the executive and the MCAs, is not very sure about how to relate with each other. The county government is a replica of the national Government. The county assembly is a miniature version of the National Assembly. When you look at the responsibilities that are given out to the MCAs at the county level, you find that they replicate exactly what we do. They represent, legislate and oversee, which is basically what we do at the national level.
