    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to ask Question No.007/2019. The Question is channeled to the Cabinet Secretary for Education. (a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware of the many courses being offered by some universities in the country without approval by the Commission of University Education? (b) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain how the affected students were allowed to enroll and pursue unapproved courses and programmes? (c)What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that the public is notified on time of unapproved courses and programmes in universities?"
