    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the hon. Member. Last year alone, we drilled over 50 boreholes in Nairobi which is not indicated in the list. It is only important that I go back to the Ministry and ask for a proper answer. I am not asking for something that has never happened in this House. Secondly, the Question was very clear. The Member asked for the distribution of boreholes per constituency, but not about equity. Now that there is a question on equity and the distribution is questionable, I seek the indulgence of this House that I be given more time. I can be given until next week---"
