Given the skewedness of the allocation of resources, this is a matter of equity and abuse of public office. Could this matter be referred to the relevant Committee of the House, so that it is properly looked at? There are so many regions in this country that need water. He cannot make us drink lake water which is killing us and take all the money to a particular region. So, I want to request that this matter be referred to the relevant Committee of the House to deal with it. It should also be referred to the Committee on Equal Opportunity."
