    "content": "avoidance of doubt, the Committee should notify the nominee and the general public of the time and place for holding the approval hearings by 7th March 2019, following which the approval hearings should commence. Thereafter, the Committee should table its report in the House by Tuesday, 19th March 2019. I just wish to add that contrary to views expressed by some quarters, there is no nominee who is presented to the House who cannot be vetted by the House; that is a constitutional requirement. Therefore, notwithstanding views that will be held even in churches or such like places, every nominee has to be considered by the House. Let us move to the next Order."
