    "content": "As Members will note, the President has several functions. One, he is the head of the Executive. Two, he is also the head of State. Therefore, he acts on behalf of the people. So, when the President calls for the First Sitting of Parliament, he acts on behalf of the people, but not as the head of the Executive. The Executive, Legislature and Judiciary are independent bodies.
