    "content": " If the Motion is passed by not less than 75 per cent, then the deputy speaker should write to the Senate and the Senate should immediately convene a special committee comprising of 11 Members to investigate the matter. If the special committee of the Senate finds out that whatever was written by the deputy speaker is not substantiated, further proceedings shall not be taken under this section in respect of that allegation. And if the report is substantiated, then the speaker ceases to be in office."
