Members to be able to interrogate the Minister in a more informed way; we should be given an opportunity, even if it is tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday next week, to come back here with a comprehensive answer. In case Parliament will not be convinced then, then any other action can be taken against the Ministry. I believe that it would be unfair for the Ministry to be condemned unheard."
