    "content": "Another issue I want to mention is about the fund managers. They are the ones who have the authority to incur expenditure and some of them are not present for five days in the office. We have seen head teachers and principals complaining. So, we are requesting the NG-CDF Board to put a framework for performance management of these fund managers. This is because some of them do not report to office. So, in terms of issuance of cheques, the process is delayed.
