    "content": "Further to that, on emergencies, the money allocated for them in the NG-CDF kitty is too little. We live in a drought-prone area, where the poverty index is about 75 per cent. The people we represent are extremely poor and, therefore, in dire need of support. We urge that the emergency allocation be increased. That is the recommendation we make."
