    "content": "We have also realised that the 2.5 per cent allocated to the Equalisation Fund is still lacking and may not achieve its intended purpose. As much as it is a constitutional provision, we suggest as a further amendment to transfer part of the Equalisation Fund to the NG-CDF in the respective counties that have been earmarked to benefit so that we can have a significant improvement in the NG-CDF allocation."
