    "content": "I believe that there must be other constituencies that are unique. It is so difficult for me and many Members to share Kshs100 million between so many institutions. As much as we are doing our best, the way it was being done before was much better because it looked at the land mass, poverty levels and this made some constituencies which are bigger with so many institutions get much more than others. It is something that can be reviewed."
